Todd has been a great to work with, as I have been on two different home hunts, with him. His ability to quickly seek and find wonderful homes, even with my changing preferences, as well as his organized, quick responses to opportunities to show high-quality homes, has made Todd a great choice for me. In Chicago, when you find the right place, you need someone who is on top of their game and will get you in the door and set up with the right paperwork, at a lightning-fast pace. He does that. I know that I have been able to count on Todd in the past, and I will look to him, first, for finding a new place, as my needs change.
